Wes Bertrand is back for our continued exploration of Integral Theory and how to take human consciousness to the next level.
Today we discuss:
- altitudes of development, and levels of consciousness as applied to organizations; here is a visualization
Wes encountered Ken Wilber's work through his research on organizational theory, so one very important resource is Reinventing Organizations by Frederic Laloux. Wes has extensive notes that would should be able to share with you soon.
Integral theory is largely focused on consciousness studies, psychology, research supported spirituality, and social sciences. Wilber draws from over 100 seperate schools of thought in the fields of consciousness, psychology, meditative traditions, philosophy and sociology.
In this series we'll explain the Integral approach to:
* Evolution and the 4 Quadrants of reality
* The Stages of Development (discussed today)
