Stop! Hammertime! 4.Ohhhhhh! This is one of the many reasons I love this show!

I really commend Brett for bringing the topic of therapy up again. My skin crawled a little bit when Brett mentioned Wellburtrin, which I was on for 90 days to help me quit smoking, which it did help me to do. But over time I have realized that conscious awareness and self knowledge is way more important and beneficial than mere medication.

I have really enjoyed these various episodes about the Straight Outta Compton film and relating it to various freedom movements and history. However, in this episode, I was somewhat disappointed by what I perceived as Thaddeus Russell’s oversimplification of the reasons for the breakdown of black nuclear families in the 70s and 80s,
