[BONUS] The Discomfort Zone (s03e01) – Have Your Cake and Hate Yourself Too

Welcome to Season Three!
Andrew and Brett welcome Joel to the conversation. Joel is a long-time School Sucks listener (since 2009), supporter, doer, and contributor (working behind the scenes on an eventual new website).

Joel joins TDZ to discuss self-discipline and Steven Pressfield's concept of conquering "resistance with a capital R."

Joel's approach to the practice of getting important things done: he encourages looking at meaningful action as a cost-benefit analysis and a cause and effect relationship.

This is an alternative to the judgement-filled language of good/bad, should, and must.

So how will Joel's method collide with Andrew's advice to "hate yourself into action" ???
