The method in which you accomplish what you’re trying to do. It’s the concrete “how”.

- People have heroes, heroes become superhuman, godly – they look up to but never into people
- high-level performers simply have better technique than their competition. They are closer to “the right way of doing X” than other people.
- Almost everybody does everything incorrectly?
- Practice makes perfect?
